Full-scope residential renovation of a private residence in New York City, encompassing design development, construction documentation, and site coordination. The scope focused on the main floor and entrance, while the garden, ground floor, and bedroom floors were kept intact. Responsibilities included detailed millwork drawings, material specifications, and contractor coordination.

Commercial interior renovation for a full-service restaurant encompassing spatial planning, finish selection, and construction documentation. The design aligned operational efficiency with a refined wood and stone material palette. Responsibilities included MEP consultant coordination and production of permit-ready drawing sets to advance agency approvals and construction execution.

Commercial interior design for a local food and beverage venue pursuing a contemporary industrial character. The project featured custom poured-in-place concrete service counters with textured finishes, exposed brick walls, and black steel columns. A clear layout organized dining, bar, and service areas within an open plan, balancing efficiency and a cohesive material palette.

Full interior fit-out for a French luxury fashion house in a historic SoHo cast-iron building, subject to Landmarks Preservation Commission review. Artist-commissioned fresco murals, limewash walls, antique brass metalwork, and a palette of warm whites and golden tones defined the ground floor. Role spanned design development, custom fixtures, bespoke millwork, and full construction documentation.

Luxury French fashion fit-out featuring custom millwork, a palette of semi-satin white lacquer, natural oak floors, and custom display pedestals. The compact layout was carefully considered to optimize spatial flow, with a below-grade back-of-house storage space fitted with custom metal hanging shelves. Role encompassed schematic design, a full construction and fabrication document set, and contractor coordination.

Rear terrace and pool addition integrated into a sloped site, requiring Special Natural Area District review and full NYC zoning compliance. The design emphasized contextual sensitivity through contextual materials and finishes. Responsibilities included site analysis, design development, zoning review, and preparation of a complete DOB filing set for the concrete pool deck, outdoor kitchen, railings, and retaining walls.

Institutional capital planning project for the City University of New York, covering 19 campuses and over 3 million gross square feet across multiple schools. Responsibilities included space inventory analysis, capital project prioritization, and the production of planning documents for university leadership. The work informed strategic facilities decisions for the period 2025–26 to 2029–30.

Space utilization study analyzing occupancy patterns across 25 campuses during 2024–2025. Responsibilities included walkthrough data collection, data analysis, workspace typology classification, and base map preparation. The study yielded a system-wide occupancy rate of 31% across 27,000 seats in scope, informing campus space planning and facilities decision-making at the university level.

Selection of projects spanning collective housing, rural civic infrastructure, cultural institutions, and urban interventions.
