Artist-commissioned fresco murals, limewash walls, antique brass metalwork, and a palette of warm whites and golden tones defined the ground floor. Role spanned design development, custom fixtures, bespoke millwork, and full construction documentation.

Role encompassed schematic design, a full construction and fabrication document set, and contractor coordination.
