Architectural Designer & Planner
I'm Juan D. Isaza-Uribe, an architect and planner with five years of experience in New York and Colombia, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the City College of New York, Bernard & Anne Spitzer School of Architecture.
My professional journey began in Medellín, working in a boutique architecture studio on residential projects and small-scale commercial renovations, gaining early experience in technical drawing, built-in furniture design, and contractor supervision.
This was followed by work at a New York design office as a Project Architect, leading all aspects of project execution across luxury retail, restaurants, and residential renovations. Most recently, I contributed to campus planning initiatives at the City University of New York, leading space utilization studies across multiple schools.
Currently based in New York and Medellín, open to opportunities with architecture and design firms across the United States and Colombia. I work fluidly in both English and Spanish.
